Funders' Collaborative & Funding Oversight Subcommittee

Purpose: The Funders' Collaborative role is to align funders' goals to the goals of ODFC and oversee activities of the Funding Oversight Subcommittee.

Purpose: The role of the Funding Oversight Subcommittee is to:

  • Provide an impartial, non-conflicted review of the Continuum of Care's [CoC's] decision making process and conclusions related to HUD funding applications and priorities.

  • Review scoring protocol and tool, ranking and reallocation decisions of the Standards and Evaluations Committee in preparation of the Consolidated Notice of Funding Availability [NOFA] Application to HUD and amend it as benefits the CoC.

  • Make final determination on allocation of HUD funded projects.

  • Serve as final arbiter on other decisions that constitute conflicts of interest for funded agencies.
