Funders' Collaborative & Funding Oversight Subcommittee
Purpose: The Funders' Collaborative role is to align funders' goals to the goals of ODFC and oversee activities of the Funding Oversight Subcommittee.

Purpose: The role of the Funding Oversight Subcommittee is to:
Provide an impartial, non-conflicted review of the Continuum of Care's [CoC's] decision making process and conclusions related to HUD funding applications and priorities.
Review scoring protocol and tool, ranking and reallocation decisions of the Standards and Evaluations Committee in preparation of the Consolidated Notice of Funding Availability [NOFA] Application to HUD and amend it as benefits the CoC.
Make final determination on allocation of HUD funded projects.
Serve as final arbiter on other decisions that constitute conflicts of interest for funded agencies.
